I ordered a bathing suit a month and a half ago from them & still haven't received it. Tracking number says it hasn't even went anywhere. I chat with them about it and every time I get no where with it. The deadline of when it should've been at my house by was 8 days ago. I would not recommend ordering from them at all. I will never order again. Worst site to possibly order from.
SCAM COMPANY!
Promised to refund my postage but kept my money instead. The clothes are cheaply made in China. Horrible products sold from the website deceiving customers by showing beautiful images.
Items are not as described, arrived ripped and looked used.
They've blocked me from live chat because I've asked for my refund after returning the tissue like material clothing to their warehouse in Spain.
The website has a satisfactory button which doesn't work or bring up anything. I wonder why the satisfactory button doesn't work!
I still want my postage refund as promised.

Not sure why this company has a marketing social media team responding back to bad reviews. This company sucks and you all know that. It pays the bills though I suppose. I bet none of the people working for such ridiculous company would take the clothings if it was for free, that's how pathetic this company is as well as their products.

Ordered two dresses, received two of each and was charged twice. They will NOT refund me. They think I'm lying or something AND they want a copy of my bank statement to prove charges. DO NOT order from here, they are not legit.

Seller no send my order. Very. Very bad company. Very, very bad service! Do not buy anything from them.
This is the worst Chinese magahine! They do everything to deceive you! They do not send the paid order. I will never buy anything here anymore! Do not believe them - they are scammers!
I ordered 3 dresses in November. They never arrived, and they were supposedly sent to an address that was "linked to my PayPal account" (it was not; it was actually the engineering building on the campus near my apartment). I tried to fix the address but it was too late. When I reached out to customer service, they sent me in a circle, where I had to then reach out to OnTrac who told me to reach out to ELogistics who told me to reach back out to DressLily. I was also told by customer service that the address mishap was my fault. No one could ever find my order, including people in the engineering building, the UPS stores, police stations, etc, and for this headache I feel I was grossly undercompensated. I was offered a 33% refund off my $60 order. I did not accept, and he gradually increased it until it was 60% "but again this is special treatment." I feel that I have been disrespected and that my case has not been treated honestly. I also have not received this refund yet, and I imagine they will consider this case closed once I accept it. I have decided to give up and accept their offer.
If you order from them, buy 1 item first by itself to ensure that the order comes.
I ordered Christmas dresses for my daughters back in November. It's Christmas Eve and nothing has arrived yet, and they won't let me cancel the order. I won't be using DressLily again.
We were charged for items that we never received and it said because we didn't pay but I have bank statements proving we paid had to call my bank hopeful we might get a refund
I am a customer of Dresslily for a while now, I usually buy clothes, home and kitchen items, I like the pieces, I have rarely been disappointed with the quality of the products. the support is nice, it serves well, I can solve the pending issues. I can make good finds in the store.
I would rate this experience a zero, if I could. I am a first time customer, and, with a little research, found out that DressLily is a Chinese company, so I put in my order and settled down to wait for what I expected would be a long shipping time. A month later, I went to my account on their app to track my order, and the status was "delivered". I never received a package, so I decided to investigate a bit further. The address I had entered in my account was correct, but when I clicked on the tracking information, the shipping website showed that whoever was in charge of shipping my items at DressLily put my zip code in incorrectly, making my order "undeliverable". I tried to contact DressLily to explain this mistake, and was told that I needed to go hunt down my package myself. I tried a few times to explain how I had given them the correct information, and this had been their mistake, so I felt they should fix their mistake by either refunding my order or sending me another one. They refused, and again told me it's no longer their problem and I needed to go hunt down my package myself. So now I am out the money and the time. Please be smarter than me, save yourself money, time, and a customer service nightmare and go shop somewhere else.
Garbage shipping times. If you are selling the outfits you should be able to get them in a box in under a week.
Package was shipped in a timely manner, and without issues. The product itself was better than expected but larger than expected and required hemming.
I ordered from dresslilly without looking at reviews, and now I'm paying for it.
I ordered a bathing suit a blouse and a free gift. First it took forever, then it came. I got a bathing suit and 2 $30 blouses, no free gift.
I took an hour to figure out how to return the blouse, they ask for ordering# I don't get why? They have the order and it's not on the clothes. 15 forms later after several days of we need this & we need that. Put it all on one form us too hard for them. & one time I got this (see below) I thought they were closing. Anyways, they'll give me $22.95 back but I need to pay shipping thru USPS. USPS takes forever I bet they hope I'll forget. I stick with Torrid
